Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on swimwear unless the item is faulty. Please check product details and sizing carefully before purchasing. If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 7 days.

Please email us at seasaltswimwear2@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes! We offer free delivery within Bali, with same-day delivery available depending on location. Enter your Bali address at checkout to activate free shipping. For special arrangements, contact us via WhatsApp at +62 822 6660 8090.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Indonesia: 2–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days depending on your country.

Duties are included for orders shipped to the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. They are not included for orders to the EU, Canada, Asia, Middle East, South America, or Africa. Your local tax office may apply additional import fees.

Currently, we do not accept custom orders. However, we appreciate feedback for future collections.

Hand-wash in cold water only. Lay flat to dry — do not hang, machine wash, or tumble dry. Avoid wringing or twisting. Steaming is recommended. Dry cleaning is acceptable.
