Return Policy

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for lost returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive the wrong item or something faulty, please email us with photos and an unboxing video.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items

  • Items bought on sale or with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we’re at fault.
  • Any return-related taxes/duties are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Your order details
    • An unboxing video & photos
    • Reason for return
  • Once approved, return the item using a courier of your choice to the address we provide.

  • USA, UK & Asia: Email us for the correct return address.

Refunds

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • We process returns within 7 business days after receiving the item.
  • Items returned in poor or used condition will not be refunded.
