Return Policy
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for lost returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive the wrong item or something faulty, please email us with photos and an unboxing video.
- We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items
- Items bought on sale or with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we’re at fault.
- Any return-related taxes/duties are the customer’s responsibility.

- Once approved, return the item using a courier of your choice to the address we provide.

- USA, UK & Asia: Email us for the correct return address.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- We process returns within 7 business days after receiving the item.
- Items returned in poor or used condition will not be refunded.
